We began growing Eastern Oysters in 2017 at the Cora Cressy Oyster Farm. Using the perfect location in the Muscongus Bay, we have been able to cultivate some of the finest oysters in Maine. Our oysters are uniquely briny and offer a plump and slightly sweet meat with a refreshing finish.

We also offer oysters from some neighboring farms on the Weskeag, and Damariscotta Rivers, as well as European Flat Oysters when available.
